Expectations for Coach Crotty weren’t very high this year going into the season but his team seemingly had it out to prove him wrong.  The U12 boys went into provincials, the 3rd highest seeded Eastern Ontario team and didn’t disappoint in Division 8 of Ontario Cup.  They went 3-0 in the round robin including an OT thriller on Friday night.  They were the #8 seed in the pool and quickly took down the #2, 4 and 5 seeds setting up a Gold medal matchup with Barrie Royals who also were 3-0.

In the finals, Barrie held control of the game taking the Gold by a final of 42-34.  The silver medal is the second straight hardware brought back from Provincials for Coach Crotty.
