Monday was the final night of our fall house league and the gold and bronze game couldn’t have been any closer.
The bronze medal game featured the Raptors ans the Celtics. The game ended up in a 12 – 12 tie after time ended. In a shootout, the Celtics came away with the win.
In the gold medal game, the Spurs coming off the upset semi final win took on the high flying Warriors. This game was as close as the other with the green ending 24-24 after regulation time. In another shootout, the Spurs pulled off their miraculous win to end the season with a three game win streak and the gold medal.
The coaches selected MVPs for each team. These winners represented what the Blazers strive to show in their athletes. Showing up, being good teammates, being positive and having a great attitude. There were several great players and that made the decision even harder.
