The U16 girls travelled to Hamilton to take part in one of the biggest tournaments in Ontario, Blessed Sacrament Yellow Jackets Tournament. The girls had a very good run in Division 3 winning 3 and losing one in the round robin play. This set them up with a rematch versus Barrie Royals who beat them 32-29 earlier in tournament.
The finals were well played but Barrie was too strong for the Blazers and they fell 42-34. The coaches were proud of how they played. Up next is the OBLEast championship tournament where they are the #1 seed in Division 2 starting April 13th in Russell Ontario.
